Step 1: Bake the Cake no bake desserts.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan and prepare according to the instructions on your cake mix box, but add in that luscious pumpkin puree for an extra layer of flavor.
Step 2: Crumble the Cake
Once baked and cooled completely (this part is important unless you enjoy molten lava cakes), crumble it into fine pieces in a large bowl.
Step 3: Mix Ingredients
Add melted butter, eggs, and any additional spices like cinnamon or nutmeg into the crumbled cake. Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined; it should hold together when pressed.

Using your hands (or an ice cream scoop if you’re fancy), form small balls from the mixture. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pop them in the freezer for about 30 minutes until firm.
Step 5: Coat with Chocolate
Melt your chocolate coating in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip one end of a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate before inserting it into each ball—this helps keep them secure! Then dip each ball fully into the chocolate coating, letting excess drip off.
