For Blackened Steak & Shrimp:

- 200g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Alfredo Sauce:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 300g fettuccine pasta
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Steak and Shrimp:
- Season the steaks with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, then remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Set aside.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and red pepper flakes, stirring until combined. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the Dish:
- Toss the cooked pasta with the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
- Slice the steak into strips and serve over the pasta with shrimp.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
