  • 4 oz unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  2. 2. In a clean bowl, whip egg whites until frothy. Gradually add granulated sugar while whisking until stiff peaks form.
