- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; then stir in vanilla.
- 3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- 4. Pour half the batter into the prepared dish. Mix additional brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl topping; sprinkle over the first layer of batter. Top with spoonfuls of remaining batter.
- 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- 6. While cooling, make the cream cheese glaze by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over cooled blondies.
