- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup kale or spinach, chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add turmeric, carrots, and celery; cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in chickpeas and cook until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
