- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Prepare Bolognese Sauce: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up, and cook until browned. Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened. Stir in crushed tomatoes, marinara sauce, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook Gnocchi: While the sauce simmers, cook gnocchi according to package instructions, usually until they float. Drain and add them to the skillet with the Bolognese sauce, stirring to coat.
- Assemble Bake: Transfer gnocchi mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
