- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease ramekins.
- Melt: In a double boiler or microwave, melt the white chocolate and butter together. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk: In a bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and frothy. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture.
