  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the grapes on the baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Roast the grapes in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they burst and caramelize.
