Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions

  • Heat the Oil:
    In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

  • Sauté Vegetables:
    Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
