Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Sauté Spinach: If using fresh spinach, sauté it in a skillet until wilted. Drain any excess moisture.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Ingredients: Fold in the sautéed spinach and cheese, then add any optional mix-ins.
- Fill Muffin Tin: Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Bake: Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
