Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. SautΓ© onion and garlic until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Cook the Base: Add butternut squash and sweet potatoes to the pot. Sprinkle with cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the vegetables with spices.
