  • Chopped green onions and crushed peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then place them in the slow cooker.
  • Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
