Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the diced bell peppers, spinach, and cheese (and meats, if using).
- Pour the egg mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
