  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Roll mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs (about two tablespoons each) and place on a plate.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in oil until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Pour beef broth into the Crock Pot, add meatballs and sautéed garlic.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
