Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

Topping

  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
