  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ricotta cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Form Meatballs: With clean hands, shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake: Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F/71°C).
