  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 1/2 cup of honey (or corn syrup). Stir until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, mixing well.
  • Mix in Cereal: Gradually fold in 3 cups of Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated. If using chocolate chips, add 1/2 cup and gently mix.
  • Form Balls: Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
