Instructions
- Wash and chop cucumbers into half-moons, halve cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice red onion. Place in a large bowl.
- Crumble feta cheese over the veggies.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is coated.
