Description

Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, Ranch Roasted Potatoes are seasoned with savory ranch seasoning and roasted to perfection. This easy-to-make side dish adds flavor to any meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs (900g) baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh chopped parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  • Prep the Potatoes: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half or quarters. Pat them dry with a towel.
  • Season: In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Roast: Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  • Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
  • For Extra Crispiness: Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C) during the last 5-10 minutes of roasting.
  • Customization: Feel free to add a sprinkle of Parmesan or cheddar cheese in the final minutes of roasting for a cheesy twist.
