Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions (typically 1 cup rice to 2 cups water).
- Once cooked, fold in rice vinegar while the rice is still warm. Allow it to cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded crab meat, cream cheese, soy sauce, and optional green onions. Mix until well incorporated.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread half of the seasoned rice in a greased baking dish. Layer the crab mixture on top followed by the remaining rice. Finish with shredded cheese.
