Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  • Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, oil (or butter), and vanilla until smooth.
  • Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
