Description

These Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls combine the warm, buttery goodness of cinnamon rolls with the sweet, juicy flavors of peach cobbler. With a cinnamon-sugar swirl, fresh peach filling, and a sweet glaze, they’re perfect for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Rolls:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg

For the Peach Filling:

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, chopped (or frozen, thawed)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)

For the Cinnamon-Sugar Swirl:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter, milk, and egg; stir until combined. Turn out onto a floured surface and roll into a 12x8 inch rectangle.
  2. Make the Peach Filling: Combine peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Assemble the Rolls: Spread the peach filling over the dough. In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the peach filling. Roll up the dough tightly from the long edge, sealing the edge. Cut into 8-10 rolls.
  4. Bake: Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  5. Make the Glaze: While rolls bake, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
  6. Serve: Once rolls are done, drizzle with glaze and serve warm.

Notes

  • Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days at room temperature. Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
