- 1 large egg
For the Peach Filling:

- 1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)
For the Cinnamon-Sugar Swirl:

- 2 tbsp cinnamon
For the Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter, milk, and egg; stir until combined. Turn out onto a floured surface and roll into a 12x8 inch rectangle.
- Make the Peach Filling: Combine peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
- Assemble the Rolls: Spread the peach filling over the dough. In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the peach filling. Roll up the dough tightly from the long edge, sealing the edge. Cut into 8-10 rolls.
- Bake: Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Make the Glaze: While rolls bake, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
- Serve: Once rolls are done, drizzle with glaze and serve warm.
