- Gently fold one edge over itself and roll towards the opposite side to form a log shape. Push it back to the starting side of the pan.
- Add another quarter of the egg mixture, allowing some liquid to flow beneath the rolled omelet. Cook and roll again. Repeat until all egg mixture is used.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then slice into thick pieces.
