  • 1 cup coarse ground coffee
  • 2 tablespoons dried culinary-grade lavender buds
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup whole milk (or non-dairy alternative)

Instructions

  1. Brew cold brew coffee by steeping the coarse ground coffee in cold water for 12-24 hours. Strain to remove grounds.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat ½ cup of water and steep the dried lavender buds for about 10 minutes. Strain the infusion to remove buds.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips in another saucepan over low heat with a splash of milk until smooth.
  4. In a tall glass filled with ice, combine the cold brew coffee, lavender infusion, and melted white chocolate. Stir well to mix.
