  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and softened butter. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
  6. Top each cupcake with mini marshmallows and toast them using a kitchen torch or broiler.
