Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. For the streusel topping, mix pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter in a separate bowl until crumbly.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the greased pan; sprinkle half of the streusel on top. Add remaining batter and top with more streusel.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
