  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  2. Arrange baguette slices on the baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

  4. Stir in fresh thyme just before removing from heat.
  5. Top each toasted baguette slice with the mushroom mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
