Instructions

  2. Fit the mini pie crusts into a muffin tin.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, both sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until smooth.
  4. Fill each crust with the pumpkin filling until three-quarters full.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set; a toothpick should come out clean.
  6. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
