  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Place salmon on the baking sheet and brush generously with the marinade.

  6. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
