Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup warm water (about 110°F)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
  3. Add yogurt and the activated yeast mixture to the dry ingredients; stir until a dough forms.
