  • 4 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 3 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine frozen hashbrowns, diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter until coated. Sprinkle over the casserole along with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
