- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water, then remove from heat and steep the dried hibiscus flowers for about 15 minutes.
- Strain the hibiscus mixture, add sugar while warm, and stir until dissolved.
- In a blender, combine mixed berries and lemon juice; blend until smooth.
- Fill popsicle molds halfway with the hibiscus mixture, layer the berry blend on top, and swirl if desired.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 10 seconds.
