  • 1 cup creamed corn
  • 8.5 oz Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (1 package)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sweet corn, creamed corn, Jiffy muffin mix, sour cream, half of the shredded cheese, melted butter, and optional seasonings until just combined.
