  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until no longer pink. Let cool before shredding.
