Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup waffle mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, combine waffle mix and eggs as directed on the package. Cook waffles in a preheated waffle iron for about 3-5 minutes each until golden brown.
  4. Slice each waffle in half horizontally and assemble sliders by placing a piece of chicken between two halves of a waffle.
  5. Mix Sriracha with mayonnaise in a small bowl, drizzle over each slider, then serve with maple syrup.
