  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped raw nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, chopped nuts, spices, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil and honey (or maple syrup).
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  7. Allow to cool completely before breaking into clusters.
