Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Add eggs, milk, and honey to the mashed bananas; mix until combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Spoon batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
