  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp apple pie spice

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm 1 cup of apple juice. Sprinkle in the gelatin powder while whisking until fully dissolved.
  2. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon until dissolved. Add the remaining 2 cups of cold apple juice and apple pie spice; mix until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into shot glasses, filling them three-quarters full.
  4. Refrigerate for at least four hours or until set.
