- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt; fold in half of the chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter with sugars until fluffy. Add an egg and vanilla; gradually mix in flour and salt. Fold in remaining chocolate chips.
- Spread half the brownie batter into the prepared pan, dollop cookie dough on top, then layer with remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Cool completely before slicing.
