- 20 jumbo pasta shells

- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped mushrooms and minced garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked mushrooms with cream cheese, parmesan cheese, sour cream, and parsley until smooth.
- Fill each shell with about two tablespoons of the mushroom mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In the same skillet, combine heavy cream and Italian seasoning; warm through and drizzle over the stuffed shells.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) covered for 25 minutes. Remove foil for the last five minutes to brown the top.
