  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottoms of lined muffin tins.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add Nutella and sugar; mix until fluffy.
  3. Whip heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the Nutella mixture.
  4. Spoon the filling into each muffin tin over the crusts, leaving room at the top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Let cool before refrigerating for at least two hours.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with additional Nutella or whipped cream.
