- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- For the Broth:
- 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix ground pork, chopped shrimp, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.

- Make the Broth: In a large pot, heat the broth over medium heat. Add soy sauce and sliced mushrooms, simmer for 5 minutes.

- Add Greens: Stir in bok choy or spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes until wilted.
- Serve: Ladle the soup into bowls and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a splash of rice wine to the broth. Leftover wontons can be frozen for later use, and the soup can be reheated gently on the stove.
