These Herb and Garlic Mashed Potatoes are creamy, buttery, and packed with aromatic flavors. Perfectly seasoned with fresh herbs and garlic, they make an irresistible side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the potatoes into even chunks.
  • Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Drain the potatoes and mash them with a potato masher or mixer.
  • Add the garlic butter mixture, milk (or cream), and chopped parsley. Mix until smooth and creamy.
