Description

Short Description: Indulge in Garlic Parmesan Alfredo Lobster Tails, a decadent and easy-to-make seafood dish. With perfectly broiled lobster tails drenched in a rich, creamy garlic Parmesan Alfredo sauce, this recipe brings restaurant-quality flavors straight to your kitchen.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails, thawed and split
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Prep the Lobster Tails: Preheat your broiler. Use kitchen shears to cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, exposing the meat. Gently lift the meat from the shell and rest it on top, leaving the tail attached.
  • Broil the Lobster Tails: Brush the lobster meat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the tails on a baking sheet and broil for 6-8 minutes or until the meat is opaque and lightly golden.
  • Make the Alfredo Sauce: While the lobster cooks, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Once it thickens, stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine and Serve: Once the lobster is done, drizzle the Alfredo sauce over the lobster tails. Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Lobster Tails: Fresh lobster is preferred, but frozen lobster tails will work as well. Just make sure to thaw them completely before broiling.
  • Sauce Consistency: If the sauce becomes too thick, add a splash of milk or more cream to reach your desired consistency.
  • Optional Garnish: Fresh parsley not only adds color but also enhances the dish with a fresh, aromatic touch. You can also drizzle a bit more lemon juice over the lobster to brighten up the flavors.
