Instructions
- Prep the Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cook the Garlic: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
