  • 1 lb beef cutlets (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Set up three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs. Season beef cutlets with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in egg, then coat thoroughly with panko, pressing firmly.
