- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sugar
- For the cheesecake filling:
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each. Stir in eggnog, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour. Mix until smooth.
- Bake: Pour the filling over the cooled crust. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the center is set. Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, top the cheesecake with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg before serving.
