Bursting with fresh flavors, this Easy Homemade Salsa is a quick and healthy dip perfect for chips, tacos, or any meal needing a zesty kick!


Ingredients

  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, garlic, and cilantro in a large bowl.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and sprinkle with cumin.
  3. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill for 10 minutes (optional) to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
