- 8 cups day-old bread cubes
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Rinse and pat dry the turkey; loosen the skin.
- Rub softened butter over the turkey, season with salt and pepper, and insert garlic and herbs under the skin.
- Mix bread cubes, sautéed onions, celery, carrots, and chicken broth until moist. Stuff into the turkey cavity.
- Roast on a rack for about 13 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
- Baste every hour to keep moist. Let rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
