Taco lettuce wraps are a refreshing and healthy twist on traditional tacos, perfect for summer dinners. These delightful wraps combine seasoned ground beef or turkey with crisp veggies, creamy avocado, and zesty toppings—all enveloped in cool lettuce leaves. They’re quick to make, customizable, and ideal for warm evenings when you crave something light yet satisfying.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 8 large lettuce leaves (butter or romaine)

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
